Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking a Line Operator for a food production site in Raamsdonksveer. You will operate and monitor production machines, supply materials, and inspect products to ensure quality. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and teamwork to hit daily targets.

Candidates should be able to work a rotating 3-shift schedule and communicate in English or Dutch. Accommodation nearby and own transport are advantageous for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (morning/afternoon/night).
• Able to communicate in English or Dutch.
• Production experience or a strong motivation to learn.
• Accommodation in or around Raamsdonkveer or Giessen is available.
• Own transportation to reach the worksite.

Job description

As a Line Operator in this foodcompany, you work in a 3-shift system, rotating between morning, afternoon and night shifts. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs safely and efficiently.

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Supply the production line with the required materials
• Check products according to quality standards
• Identify and solve minor production issues
• Keep your workplace clean, safe and organised
• Work with your team to achieve daily production targets

3-shift system (06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:15 and 22.00 – 6.15

You are reliable, work accurately and understand the importance of safety and quality in a production environment.

• You are willing and able to work in a 3-shift system
• You have a good understanding of English or Dutch
• You have production experience or are motivated to learn
• You have your own accommodation in or around Raamsdonkveer or Giessen
• You have your own transportation to get to work
