Job summary

Jobster in Nederland zoekt een ervaren operator voor een gevarieerde productieploeg. Je werkt in een moderne productieruimte met focus op hygiëne en teamwerk. Begin in dagdienst tijdens de training en daarna in een 2-ploegendienst van 06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00. Salaris vanaf €14,71 bruto per uur, met diverse toelagen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Je hebt ervaring als operator of in productie.
• Je beheerst minimaal Nederlands of Engels.
• Je woont in de regio Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne of Venray.

Responsibilities

• Het opzetten en in werking stellen van productielijnen.
• Het monitoren van het productieproces en productkwaliteit.
• Het oplossen van kleine machinestoringen of het inschakelen van de technische dienst.
• Het verzorgen van de aanvoer van grondstoffen.
• Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en HACCP-registraties.
• Het aansturen van productiemedewerkers op jouw lijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you an experienced operator and would you like to work with fresh products in a clean and modern production environment?

What will you do?

As an operator, you are responsible for a smooth production process. You make sure the machines are set correctly and that problems are solved quickly. You work closely with your team and guide colleagues when needed.

• Setting up and starting production lines
• Monitoring the production process and product quality
• Solving small machine problems or calling the technical service
• Arranging the supply of raw materials
• Performing quality checks and HACCP registrations
• Supervising production workers on your line

Waar ga je werken?

You will work at an international company in the food industry with several locations in the Netherlands. Every day they produce fresh products using more than 100 recipes across 20 production lines.

There is a strong focus on hygiene, teamwork, and a pleasant working atmosphere. Personal guidance and opportunities to grow within the company are very important.

Full-time job from Monday to Friday. During the training period you will work in the day shift. After that, you will work in a 2-shift system from 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 00:00.

Wie ben je?

As an operator:

• You have experience as an operator or in production
• You have a good level of Dutch or English
• You live in the region of Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne or Venray

Besides a full-time job of 40 hours per week, stable work and the chance of a permanent contract, you can expect:
