Job summary

Danone's Zoetermeer Supply Point is hiring a Line Lead to own the line performance across the full 24-hour operation and to embed our Integrated Work System (IWS) across the factory. You will spend significant time on the shop floor, leading operators and shift teams, coaching on safety, quality and continuous improvement, while collaborating with technical colleagues to hit targets.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably food/FMCG.
• Ability to lead people on the shop floor and develop teams.
• Structured approach to managing daily performance and root-cause analysis.
• Strong technical mindset to translate challenges into actions.
• Clear communication and cross-shift collaboration.

• Lead daily line performance to meet safety, quality and output targets.
