Danone's state-of-the-art factory in Haps is seeking Project Engineers to lead and execute improvement and transformation projects that impact factory performance. You'll collaborate across Maintenance, Production, Automation, Quality, Safety, Finance and the PLT, drive multidisciplinary projects from concept to launch, and ensure SQCDME KPIs are met.

Ideal candidates have engineering or food technology degrees, nutrition processing experience, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Academic Education finalized in engineering or food technology.
• Experience in processing of nutrition with preference for food, feed or pharma.
• Oversee situations and processes and translating issues into effective & systematic approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
• Experience with working in projects or leading them and knowledge of tools like Black Belt Six Sigma, TPM, IWS, Sherpa.
• Excellent Dutch & English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute improvement and transformation projects in the factory.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Automation, Quality, Safety, Finance and PLT.
• Realize multidisciplinary projects from concept to launch.
• Manage project scope, budget and timelines.
• Report project status to governance meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality and SQCDME KPIs are met.
