Job summary

LPI Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee multiple earthing and lightning protection projects across various sites in the Netherlands. You will lead a team of technicians, organise maintenance plans, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and a solid understanding of safety regulations. As a pivotal link between clients and project managers, you will drive efficient operations, resolve issues promptly and uphold industry

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in construction or similar environments.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of various sites.
Lead a team of Lightning Protection Technicians to deliver projects on time and to standard.
Develop maintenance schedules and work plans to optimise resources.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
Coordinate with site team to resolve issues and minimise client disruption.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Act as primary client and project manager contact for needs and concerns.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations and company policies.
