EFOR seeks a Site Construction Safety Lead to drive safety standards on construction sites in Leiden. You will lead a 2-3 person safety advisory team, collaborate with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

You will conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits; deliver toolbox talks and training; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions; and foster a culture of continuous improvement across projects.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction safety leadership roles.
• NEBOSH or HVK/KMVK preferred.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
