Job summary

LPI Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Lightning Protection Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for earthing and lightning protection projects. You will lead a team of technicians, manage schedules, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership skills, project coordination abilities, and a solid focus on health and safety. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites in construction.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection projects, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work plans and procedures to optimise resource use and timeliness.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with site team to resolve issues and minimise client disruption.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and project managers; address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols; act as Safety Representative.
