Job summary

Medace BV, located in Maastricht, the Netherlands, is seeking a Project Manager for on-site engagement. The role is full-time (40 hours/week; 32 hours negotiable) with an annual salary of €50,000–€60,000.

You will coordinate projects, serve as the main client contact and ensure delivery within scope, timelines and budgets, while collaborating across Operations, QA and Regulatory Affairs. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor-level qualification in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably three years of experience in project management or client-facing roles.
• Working knowledge of GMP and GDP and medical device project requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharma/biotech/devices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee new and existing projects within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and maintain relationships.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Operations, QA, Regulatory Affairs and others.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and support resolution of issues.
• Support contract scope management and financial oversight.
• Coordinate readiness, tech transfer and related operations.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to clients.
• Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and drive continuous improvement.
