John Sisk and Son is recruiting a Planner for its life science team in the Netherlands, supporting the project lead senior planner on a framework of pharmaceutical sector projects that range from minor upgrades through substantial refurbishments to new build.

The post is responsible for on site planning and reporting, and for preparing internal and external progress reports and project dashboards covering design, procurement and construction, supported by trade key performance indicators.

Qualificações

• Competence in baselining programmes and preparing rescheduled progress reports.
• Ability to analyse critical path and float near critical in NEC contracts.
• Prepare short term look ahead programmes and communicate targets to production teams.
• Review and track programmes, KPIs, and subcontractor submissions; identify risks and mitigations.

Responsabilidades

• On-site planning and reporting for life science projects.
• Prepare internal and external progress reports and project dashboards.
• Support the project lead senior planner and site delivery team.
• Develop tracking schedules for KPIs and manage subcontractor programme submissions.
• Assist with baseline programmes and impact of change and variations.
