Qualifications

• Five+ years as a senior quantity surveyor on pharmaceutical or construction projects.
• Proven delivery under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Experience administering NEC4 Option B across multiple work packages.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC4 Option B across multiple work packages and projects.
• Manage monthly valuation cycle, change management and early warning process.
• Integrate commercial strategy with the commercial manager.
• Prepare forecasts, cost value reconciliations and final accounts.
• Maintain site records, insurance, warranties and document control; mentor juniors.
