Overview

Stedin in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands is hiring a Leveranciersmanager IT-OT. You will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of collaboration with our key suppliers (approximately 300 in total), with a focus on IT and OT contracts.

Primary focus: manage supplier relationships and contract quality in IT and OT domains, from contract creation to performance review.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for the quality of collaboration with IT and OT suppliers.
• Manage IT and OT related contracts and specifications.
• Collaborate with the contract owner to monitor progress, address issues and drive improvements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Draft, review and assess contracts and specifications with precision.
• Participate in team meetings with IT/OT colleagues within Vendor Management to align strategy and goals.
• Be open to on-the-job learning and development with guidance from a senior colleague.

Requirements

• HBO- or WO-level education in a relevant field, with 3–5 years of knowledge and experience in procurement.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in supplier management.
• Ability to read and understand contracts and specifications.
• Strong collaboration, accuracy, communication skills, and a drive for the best possible outcome.
• Willingness to develop into a full IT/OT Buyer within the organization.

What we offer

• Role available for a minimum of 32 hours per week, with 40 hours also possible.
• Work setup: roughly 50% in the office in Rotterdam and 50% remote or visiting suppliers.
• Competitive compensation: up to €6,984 gross per month (based on 40 hours/week), 24.5 vacation days, and ABP pension.
• Personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance); a tool to preview allocations via our Rekentool.
• Annual Sustainable Inzetbaarheid budget of €500 gross.
