Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or international in-house role.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and vendors.
• Support procurement processes by reviewing contracts.
• Guide compliance with GDPR and EU AI regulations.
• Advise on legal considerations in product development.
