Job summary

Irdeto is seeking a motivated Master’s student to join its commercial legal team as a Legal Admin (Intern). This role provides exposure to a broad range of legal and commercial processes and involves working closely with the legal team and stakeholders across the business.

You will support day-to-day contract management, document organisation, and data privacy compliance requests, while developing hands-on experience in contract lifecycle management within an international tech-focused

Qualifications

• Master's student at an accredited university.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Dutch or Chinese language skills are advantageous.
• Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Proactive, reliable, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial legal team with day-to-day contract management and other administrative activities.
• Prepare and submit contract signature requests through DocuSign (or wet ink) and coordinate signatures with stakeholders.
• Manage, upload, maintain and retrieve contracts and related documentation in the contract management system (SharePoint).
• Support data privacy compliance requests, including gathering information and coordinating follow-ups.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify requests and follow up on outstanding items.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial legal team, including document organisation and ad hoc tasks.
