Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a proactive Support Officer for Learning & Development. In this role you will coordinate training activities, manage participant data, and liaise with colleagues, trainers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes.

You will support the L&D team, drive process improvements through digitalisation, and maintain high standards of accuracy and communication across learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative processes, planning and organising.
• Proficient in applying basic AI solutions to increase efficiency.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English.
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the learning platform and training information.
• Register, process and check participant data and evaluations.
• Plan and organise training sessions, workshops and other learning activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and improve processes through digitalisation, automation and smart use of tools.
