Job summary

Join us as a Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. You will collect and analyse data for Talent processes, provide Excel reports, and create visual overviews for updates and decision making.

You will organize events, manage supplier contracts and support the Global Management Trainee Program. You will develop in a diverse, international environment, learning to coordinate Learning & Development trainings, manage the LMS and contribute to annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the full duration of the internship.
• Must have strong MS Office skills and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a diverse, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives, provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint and Canva) for updates and decision making purposes
• Organise and coordinate events & initiatives, connect with suppliers, manage the contracting and invoicing process
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management
• Organise Learning & Development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyse data to support our annual reporting
• Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals
