Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Security Learning & Capability Specialist to design, build and evolve a learning ecosystem focused on security, risk and compliance across a complex international environment.

The role offers a 12 month rolling contract with hybrid working in the South Netherlands, enabling leadership of capability development initiatives within a global technology setting.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver enterprise security learning programmes.
• Measure learning impact with analytics and performance reporting.
• Manage learning portfolio from concept to adoption.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Experience with modern learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering learning solutions across cyber security, risk and compliance domains
• Creating engaging training content across classroom, virtual, blended and digital learning formats
• Managing a learning portfolio, including prioritisation, roadmap development and lifecycle management
• Establishing frameworks to measure learning effectiveness, engagement and business impact
• Producing regular reporting and insights based on learning data and performance metrics
• Driving continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and evaluation outcomes
• Collaborating with business leaders, SMEs and external partners to ensure learning initiatives align with organisational objectives

I'm partnering with a global technology organisation that is investing heavily in cyber security, risk management and organisational capability development.

They're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, build and evolve a learning ecosystem focused on security, risk and compliance topics across a complex international environment.

This is a strategic assignment with significant autonomy, giving you the opportunity to shape learning initiatives that drive measurable improvements in organisational capability and awareness.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and delivering learning solutions across cyber security, risk and compliance domains
• Creating engaging training content across classroom, virtual, blended and digital learning formats
• Managing a learning portfolio, including prioritisation, roadmap development and lifecycle management
• Establishing frameworks to measure learning effectiveness, engagement and business impact
• Producing regular reporting and insights based on learning data and performance metrics
• Driving continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and evaluation outcomes

What you'll bring:

• Strong Learning & Development experience within large, complex and technology-driven organisations
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programmes from concept through to adoption
• Knowledge of learning measurement, analytics and performance reporting
• Experience with modern learning technologies, digital content platforms and learning management systems
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting cyber security, risk, compliance or technology functions would be advantageous
