Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search partners with a world-leading food processing company to recruit a Lean Resident Expert in the Netherlands. This role focuses on defining and implementing standards across functions, optimizing processes, and boosting efficiency at flagship sites and competence centers.

You will assess site potential, drive improvements in production, logistics, safety and workforce management, and lead Lean and Six-Sigma initiatives to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Lean tools and techniques.
• Lean/Opex experience; Blackbelt/Greenbelt a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Highlights and develops business-improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Coordinate and implement best-practice Lean solutions based on Lean principles and Lean methods.
• Using Lean and Six-Sigma tools and principles such as: process mapping, kaizen events, value-stream mapping, SMED, Poka-yoke, FMEA, C&E analysis, 5S etc.
• Partners with plant’s general manager, process managers and shift managers (in the operation) to plan and execute operational and tactical improvements.

Due to extremely high year-on-year growth, our client is looking to heavily re-invest into its company-wide OPEX program. For this reason, Pacific-International has been retained to identify a Lean Manufacturing Manager which will be working at one of their flagship sites and competence centres in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relatable subject
• 3-5 years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing tools & techniques
• Lean Manufacturing/Opex experience is preferred (Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification advantageous)
• Ability to process and interpret complex data, analytical.
