Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Venray, Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You will lead by example and guide the team to maintain safety and high productivity.

You will train team members, monitor workflows, address bottlenecks, escalate risks to upstream/downstream partners, and collaborate with internal departments to align with business goals.
