Job summary

Thinkwise in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead a small, specialized team and ensure the Thinkwise Platform runs smoothly across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will deploy, manage, and optimize infrastructure components including database and application servers, coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management with cloud and on-premise environments.
• Leadership experience: coaching, motivation and providing structure.
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator or Google Cloud Architect are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small specialized team of infrastructure specialists and coach them to perform at their best.
• Analyze and improve workflows to increase quality and efficiency.
• Design, implement and optimize infrastructures across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to integrate solutions and manage priorities.
