Job summary

Nike’s European Headquarters (EHQ) invites a Lead, Supply Chain Improvement to drive end-to-end supply chain enhancements across the EMEA Marketplace. This temporary role runs until June 2027, offering a hybrid work arrangement and exposure to cross-functional teams.

You’ll influence strategic initiatives and deliver tangible performance gains. Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, developing business cases, and providing reporting that informs operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and drive process improvements.
• Develop business cases, support strategic planning, and drive initiatives that contribute to key operational and financial KPIs.
• Monitor order management, inventory, shipment execution, and returns, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Act as a change champion by supporting new ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of improvement projects.
• Create reporting, performance insights, and recommendations that support operational decision-making.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics, Commercial, and Finance teams to strengthen end-to-end marketplace execution.
