Job summary

N-Sea is seeking a Project Manager – Cables to lead subsea cable delivery from contract award to close-out from our Dordrecht base. You will own scope, budgets, schedules and safety, working with clients, teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders on international projects.

The role requires PC-based project management, offshore contract understanding, and a strong English proficiency. The position welcomes both permanent staff and experienced contractors willing to work from Dordrecht at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Project Manager within the offshore, energy or a similar project-based industry.
• Proven experience managing subsea cable installation and/or repair projects
• Understanding of offshore contracting and project delivery models.
• Experience working with project management tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to work from our Dordrecht office for a minimum of four days per week

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and preparation through execution and close-out.
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective allocation and utilisation of personnel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, equipment requirements and resource planning activities.
• Monitor project performance and deliver agreed project objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial and SHEQ-related risks.
• Drive project delivery strategy and identify opportunities for additional work and commercial growth.
• Deliver project close-out activities, including reporting, lessons learned and final accounts.
