Konnektus is seeking a Senior Designer to develop high-quality design solutions for the oil and gas sector, ensuring safety, reliability and sustainability. You will lead design activities, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure alignment with project scope and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving with focus on quality and timely delivery.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of relevant design experience in oil and gas.
• Strong understanding of international codes, industry standards and engineering design practices.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Proficiency in design software and technical documentation tools.
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem solving with focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ability to guide other designers when required.

Mansioni

• Design development and execution following project specs, codes and standards.
• Produce clear, accurate design documentation for implementation.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers and Lead Designer to align design intent.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver design activities within project timelines.
• Identify and escalate unresolved technical issues to minimize delays.
• Apply lessons learned and assess impact of design changes.
• Review vendor documentation with Package Engineers for quality and timeliness.
• Lead and guide other designers within the scope of work.
• Take on Lead Designer responsibilities where applicable.
