Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler to lead the master production schedule at Leiden. You will ensure timely order releases to manufacturing, maintain materials and capacity alignment, and build scheduling tools and processes for clinical and commercial drug products.

You will collaborate with site Manufacturing, Quality, and Facility & Engineering, plus global teams, to optimize end-to-end material availability from collection to patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of proven experience.
• Experience with SAP, APO, PPDS, BIO-G or similar scheduling software is preferred.
• Biologics manufacturing or cell therapy experience is preferred.
• Certification in CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish the Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and Facilities & Engineering teams to define assignments.
• Mitigate scheduling risks by collaborating with functions to resolve issues.
• Support S&OP by providing site-level manufacturing capacities and capabilities.
• Manage RCCP for assigned products and forecast manufacturing slot availability with stakeholders.
• Develop KPI reporting and contribute to scheduling simulations and continuous improvement.
