Job summary

group.one is seeking an SEO/GEO Manager to drive the German market SEO strategy, oversee outreach partnerships, and lead the one.com Academy blog initiatives. You’ll contribute to multiple markets and optimize on-page content while enabling AI-powered search visibility.

You will work with flexible options: Amsterdam or Berlin offices or fully remote, with travel to Sweden and the Netherlands as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO.
• Native level German or fluent proficiency.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills.
• Strong knowledge of GEO and common SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO in Germany and own day-to-day activities.
• Manage outreach agency, link building and digital PR.
• Oversee one.com Academy blog strategy and on-page optimisation.
• Support visibility in the UK and conduct keyword research across markets.
• Drive cross-market SEO initiatives and collaboration.
