Job summary

Get 360Pharma in Leiden is seeking a Senior Manager Operations for Primary Recovery to lead the shift organization of about 140 staff, ensuring safety, quality and reliability while driving performance improvements in a fast-paced GMP environment.

You will partner with Quality, MSAT, Maintenance, Planning and EHS, develop the team, align objectives with production plans, and build a strong succession pipeline while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years industrial experience in operations management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
• Proven change leadership in a complex operational environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Ability to stay calm and constructive in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team trust-building.

Responsibilities
