Job summary

Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) in the Netherlands is seeking a Product Support Manager to lead one or more product-focused workstreams, acting as the primary Operations representative for assigned products. You will ensure product supply continuity, improve operational performance, and drive lifecycle management initiatives.

This highly visible role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a scientific/technical/engineering field.
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple functions.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, manufacturing, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product support teams across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Technical Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, supply reliability, and compliance.
• Manage projects, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.
• Track value delivery through cost savings and operational improvements.
