Job summary

SBM Offshore in Rotterdam/Monaco is seeking a Product Development Lead to guide new products from concept to readiness for project deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams and work with GRS, technology and I&G to shape technical framing and bids.

You may be assigned to multiple projects, balancing timelines, skills and stakeholders, while ensuring robust development plans and transparent reporting to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• University degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10 years’ offshore experience including a relevant experience as EPM.
• Good technical knowledge of SBM Offshore products.
• Construction, operation, installation or supply chain experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the development plan together with GRS, technology and I&G.
• Lead the assigned product development team in line with the plan.
• Define and maintain the project organization, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Ensure the team has the balance of skills and expertise required to deliver the Project.
• Manage communication and reporting across all internal Project members.
• Foster team work and cooperation within the Project and with stakeholders
