Job summary

Sia seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead the growth of its Data team, shaping advanced AI solutions and guiding production-grade ML projects. You will collaborate with Dutch data scientists, a French data engineering team, and global Sia units on client work and internal AI initiatives.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and present AI concepts at events and conferences as part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• MSc level education in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, AI, Embedded Systems or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience building production ML/Deep Learning pipelines and models.
• Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals and domain expertise in CV/DL/NLP.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal team for AI product development and growth of the Data team.
• Architect and design cloud environments and production ML/AI solutions.
• Mentor Data Scientists to scale models to production, including optimization and testing.
• Collaborate on client projects and Sia AI initiatives across teams.
