Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands seeks a Lead Maintenance Operations professional to oversee a 24/7 automated intralogistics environment. You will drive maintenance scheduling, lead five team leaders, and push safety and KPI performance across maintenance activities.

• Proven ability to plan, schedule and optimise maintenance activities.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance in operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust and optimise the maintenance schedule within a 24/7 automated environment.
• Lead and coach five team leaders across multiple shifts (day position, no shift work).
• Align daily priorities and ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently and per plan.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Collaborate with planners, operations and external stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead improvements in maintenance processes and planning structure.
• Ensure correct use and continuous improvement of the CMMS.
• Maintain safety and quality as top priorities.
