Job summary

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong teamwork across IT and operations, offering a direct contract with the employer and a structured onboarding program in a highly automated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience with automated logistics systems is a plus.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure maximum uptime of automated logistics systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and sensor technologies.
• Collaborate with IT support and operations teams.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Report on performance, improvements, and maintenance planning.
