What can I do?

As their new Lead Developer you will guide their team in future projects for both new and existing clients. No worries, this is not some consultancy gig. You will work in your own office with your own team, on the core framework powering all these amazing interactions across a wide-range of channels for millions of concurrent users. Or should we say, audience members?

From developing highly-concurrent, highly-scalable and robust back-end systems to continued development of the core framework to prepare for future projects, you will lead your team in each project. You’ll be involved in architecture, interact directly with clients who can’t help but come up with crazy ideas, lead development and oversee delivery.

Don’t have any lead experience yet? Not a problem. As long as you have the potential to become a great leader besides being a great developer, this is the opportunity for you. Who knows, this might be the first step on your path to becoming a CTO.
