gevernova is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) – ACS / FACTS / High Voltage Substations to lead the execution of complex EPC turnkey projects and electrical packages for grid projects in the Netherlands. Based in Rijswijk, this role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in project management within electrical infrastructure, power systems, substations, or industrial/plant environments.
• Experience in turnkey projects, preferably high-voltage substations, switchgear, ACS, FACTS, or related grid infrastructure.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work from site as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution of EPC turnkey projects or electrical packages for high-voltage substations and switchgear projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project execution aligns with company processes, contractual requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Apply electrical engineering knowledge to support project planning, decision-making, and execution.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, opportunities, issues, and interfaces.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, site teams, management, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and integrate EHS requirements into project execution.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient project delivery practices.
