  • Ability to translate complex information into executive-level materials.

Job Purpose

Global Supply Chain Finance Strategy Lead. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Finance Director, this role will serve as a key strategic finance business partner to the Global Supply Chain organization with a strong exposure on daily basis to COO and Senior Global Supply Chain leadership. The role will support COO strategic priorities and decision-making through thought partnership, high-quality business insights and long-term value delivery

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Finance Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner to the Global Supply Chain leadership team, providing strategic insights, thought partnership, and decision support to enable business priorities and long-term value creation (50%)
  • COO Support and Executive Materials: Partner closely with the COO to prepare executive-ready materials, leadership updates, strategic reviews, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Translate complex business topics into concise, decision-oriented materials that support effective governance and execution (25%)
  • Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead or coordinate high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives within the Global Supply Chain organization, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of priorities (25%)

  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations and business drivers, with the ability to connect financial and operational implications.
  • Proven ability to lead or support cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
