Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading financial planning processes, including Budget, LE, and Strategic Plan
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in financial analysis, business case development, and project evaluation
  • Experience evaluating investments and initiatives through IRR, payback, timeline, and risk analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility across global and zone teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus
  • Ownership mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Planning & Governance: Own the financial planning rhythm across Sustainability and Agriculture, including Budget, LE, and Strategic Plan. Ensure assumptions, risks, opportunities, and financial commitments are clearly defined, challenged, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Shape Performance Visibility & Insights: Lead financial analysis on performance, trends, risks, and opportunities across Sustainability and Agriculture. Convert financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations that improve decision quality and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate Projects & Strategic Investments: Lead the financial evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives through strong business cases, including IRR, payback, timing, sensitivities, and risks. Support prioritization and investment decisions with clear fact-based recommendations.
  • Drive Decision Support for Leadership: Provide leadership teams with clear, decision-ready materials on priorities, expected value, delivery timelines, and risks. Help frame trade-offs, surface implications, and support timely, aligned decisions.
  • Influence Across Global and Zone Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across global and zone teams to align priorities, challenge assumptions, and improve coordination. Act as a trusted finance leadership who connects enterprise direction with execution realities across markets and teams.
  • Strengthen Cross-functional Execution: Partner with Procurement, Sustainability, Agriculture, FP&A, and business finance stakeholders to embed strong financial discipline into planning and delivery. Improve clarity on owners, milestones, interdependencies, and value realization.
  • Simplify and Standardize Processes: Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and strengthen financial processes, reporting, and planning routines. Drive more consistent ways of working that improve transparency, efficiency, and control.

The Senior Manager, Global Procurement Finance - Sustainability & Agriculture is accountable for shaping the financial agenda across Sustainability and Agriculture by leading planning, performance visibility, and decision support in support of enterprise and zone priorities. The role drives strong financial processes across Budget, LE, and Strategic Plan, while ensuring investments, initiatives, and trade-offs are evaluated through clear financial logic and aligned to value delivery.


This role acts as a senior finance partner to global and zone leaders across Procurement, Sustainability, Agriculture, FP&A, and business finance, bringing structure, challenge, and transparency to planning and execution. Success in the role requires strong financial judgment, disciplined governance, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, decisions, and actions.


A primary responsibility of this position is to:



  • Lead the financial planning and governance agenda across Sustainability and Agriculture, including Budget, LE, and Strategic Plan

  • Provide senior decision support on projects and strategic initiatives through robust business case development, including IRR, payback, timeline, and risk evaluation
