Sensorfact in the Netherlands (Utrecht) is seeking a Head of Frontend Engineering to lead seven frontend engineers across value streams. You will shape frontend strategy, drive architecture, and raise engineering standards while remaining hands-on to stay connected with the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend or full-stack software engineering.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong background in TypeScript and modern frontend technologies (React, Vite, Node, Material UI).
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and development workflows, ideally with near real-time data.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and how frontend fits into a distributed architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Excellent English communication (C2).
• Experience in data visualization for B2B/B2C products is a plus.

• Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of seven Frontend Engineers.
