Responsibilities
- Oversees software architecture and design, providing technical guidance.
- Performs code reviews and ensures coding standards.
- Leads issue resolution and supports the team in troubleshooting.
- Coordinates daily team activities and workload distribution.
- Maintains stakeholder communication and documents technical decisions.
- Mentors less experienced developers to grow technical skills.
- Ensures high-quality development processes and continuous improvement.
