Demcon is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to own the electronics and electrical architecture of high-tech projects, from concept to realization, within a multidisciplinary team.

You will engage early in specification phases, define system requirements, and ensure alignment with the overall system. The role includes driving electronics design, integration with embedded software, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in electronic system engineering or similar role.
• Experience with requirements definition and system architecture development.
• Experience with detailed hardware design (schematic capture, PCBA) and embedded software development.
• Experience in system integration, verification and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electronics and electrical architecture from concept to realization within multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with mechanics and embedded software to ensure proper integration.
• Guide junior colleagues and provide coaching within projects.
• Monitor electronics activities during design, assembly, and testing to ensure verifiability.
