Demcon defense & security systems is seeking a technical lead engineer to drive system design, development and production for high-power energy and cooling projects in the defense sector.

You will partner with the project manager to ensure time, quality and safety of complex, multidisciplinary projects, while guiding the team and making key technical decisions to deliver reliable solutions.

Formación

• MSc or BSc in a relevant engineering field.
• Knowledge of automotive engineering is useful for some projects.
• Experience as lead engineer in technically complex or multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Take final responsibility for project content and decisions.
• Lead the team with task division and planning in collaboration with the PM.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to the development process (QMS).
