Job summary

Mpac Group in Raamsdonksveer is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to guide technical decisions and oversee high-end automation projects. The role involves coordinating electrical engineering activities, managing design documentation, and ensuring quality standards in collaboration with various teams.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant HBO degree and possesses experience in electrical engineering. We offer competitive salary, 29 days of leave, flexible working options, and a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, experience in mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects.
• Designing, reviewing, and managing electrical diagrams using EPLAN.
• Safeguarding the technical quality of products and engineering processes.
• Acting as the go-to electrical expert for project teams and stakeholders.
• Preparing functional descriptions and technical specifications.
• Monitoring planning, progress, and compliance with technical standards.
• Sharing knowledge and continuously developing both yourself and the team.
