A pioneering scale-up in the circular chemical industry is seeking a Lead Engineer in Electrical Instrumentation & Automation (EIA) to join their team in Amsterdam. This role involves leading the engineering scope across project phases, managing interfaces with contractors, and contributing to the design of a flagship production facility. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in E&I engineering, including 5+ years in project leadership.
• Expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, control system design, and commissioning experience.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EIA scope across the full project lifecycle: detailed design, construction, commissioning, handover.
• Manage internal and external EIA interfaces across engineering disciplines and contractors.
• Identify and escalate risks and contractual issues to the Engineering Manager.
