Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce to own the DTC website experience at loopearplugs.com and the Shopify ecosystem, balancing conversion, customer journey, brand, compliance, and business enablement at scale. Location: Antwerp or Amsterdam; Full-time; Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience leading a high-performing ecommerce, Shopify, digital product, or DTC website function.

Responsibilities

• You own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Loop's Shopify website experience end-to-end.
• Lead multidisciplinary team across content, project management, product ownership, and CRO; set priorities and ways of working.
• Own core website KPIs, including conversion rate, site performance, accuracy, and customer journey quality.
• Evolve the website as a digital flagship, combining product education, brand storytelling, guided selling, merchandising, and conversion.
• Make decisions grounded in customer behaviour, commercial impact, and operational feasibility, partnering with Performance, Data & Insights, UI/UX, and Tech & AI.
• Enable new products, campaigns, categories, partnerships, and markets through a scalable website experience.
• Act as the key Shopify partner across Product Marketing, Brand, Performance, CRM, Finance, Legal, Operations, Retail, B2B, Careers, and Customer Happiness.
• Manage Shopify tooling and agency budget, balancing stakeholder needs with prioritisation and strong commercial judgement.
