Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Web Developer to own storefront features end-to-end on Shopify, contribute to a scalable ecommerce experience, and help drive CRO initiatives. The role sits in a hybrid setup with Amsterdam or Antwerp.

You’ll work with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Tailwind, and modern frameworks, embracing AI tooling responsibly while upholding accessibility and Core Web Vitals. 2–5 years of ecommerce web dev experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in web development with hands-on ecommerce experience
• Strong HTML, JavaScript and CSS fundamentals
• Experience with Shopify storefronts and Tailwind styling
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to ship clean, maintainable, scalable code

Responsibilities

• Own storefront features end-to-end including Shopify theme and templates
• Refine tickets in Sprints into clear, scoped technical tasks
• Style using Tailwind per Figma designs within the design system
• Incorporate AI tools judiciously into daily workflow
• Stay updated on Shopify and ecommerce trends; ensure accessibility
• Maintain WCAG compliance and improve Core Web Vitals on touched surfaces
