Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Access & Identity Management (AIM) to shape a global CIAM platform used across regions. You will define strategy, roadmap, and value, balancing security, usability, and scale for millions of end users while collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

You will lead adoption efforts, translate complex IAM concepts into business value, and navigate regional regulatory differences in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience on complex, global platform or transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Access & Identity Management (IAM/CIAM) incl. SSO, MFA, auth flows, API-based integrations, user lifecycle.
• Proven track record owning global platform products with focus on adoption and value delivery.
• Analytical skills to map business models to platform requirements.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Sensitivity to regional, cultural, and regulatory differences in global platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform strategy and roadmap for ADP’s global CIAM platform across regions.
• Drive adoption and measurable value for business units and end users.
• Define scalable identity capabilities (auth flows, lifecycle, access).
• Collaborate with architecture & engineering to influence system design.
• Translate business requirements into platform capabilities across payroll, HR, workforce management.
• Align stakeholders across regions, product teams, and functions.
• Balance long-term platform goals with near-term execution.
• Communicate platform strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership.
