ABB is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead global identity security strategy. You will guide Solution Architects to ensure architecture integrity, standardization, and optimization across environments.

The role emphasizes RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, cloud and on-prem hybrids, and collaboration with HR, apps, and security teams. The candidate should possess 15+ years in security architecture and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in enterprise security architecture with road mapping.
• 15+ years of experience in security architecture, including Zero Trust.
• Cloud security principles across public clouds.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global IAM architecture vision and roadmap.
• Establish standards for identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Architect and maintain the full IAM capability landscape (IGA, PAM, AM, CIAM, secrets management).
• Drive Zero Trust Identity principles, strong authentication and adaptive access.
