Leonardo Hotels Benelux is looking for a Chef at The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid in Amsterdam. As a key figure in the kitchen, you will lead and motivate your team, ensuring quality and efficiency in every service. You will collaborate with senior chefs to create menus and oversee kitchen operations during vibrant restaurant evenings and exclusive events.

This role requires a Culinary degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, alongside a strong work ethic and passion for cooking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with HACCP.
• Detail-oriented and flexible, available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to ensure quality service.
• Create menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Communicate effectively with the service team.
