Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a Technical Operator Large Format to join our Large Format team in a manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive and proactive maintenance on printing machines, troubleshoot first-line malfunctions, and verify quality of work to keep production safe and efficient.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you will train new team members, test improvements, and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams across a 4-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Technical background or hands-on experience with machines.
• Ability to work in a 4-shift system.
• Willingness to complete relevant certifications such as NEN3140 and VOP.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on printing machines to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot first-line malfunctions and resolve technical issues per error lists.
• Verify the quality of maintenance work and ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Test new improvements and updates to optimize production processes.
• Train new team members on machine operation and maintenance.
• Contribute to safety and health programs and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams.
