Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Technical Operator in Venlo to manage and optimize advanced large format printing equipment in a highly automated production environment. You will combine machine operation with troubleshooting and work closely with Production, Maintenance and Supervisors to keep the process running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial technology.
• Good command of English; Dutch/German/Polish is an advantage.
• Experience operating industrial production or manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to complete company-provided technical training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and adjust large format printing equipment.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and resolve mechanical or process-related issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and identify process improvements.
