Uitzendbureau in Venlo, Limburg, zoekt een Technical Operator Digital voor onze geavanceerde drukkerij. Je opereert, onderhoudt en verbetert geavanceerde digitale druk- en printsystemen en fungeert als eerste technisch aanspreekpunt op de productielijn.

Je volgt een uitgebreid trainingstraject en groeit van bediening naar geavanceerde troubleshooting. De functie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden, een fulltime positie van 40 uur per week en een directe aanstelling bij onze klant.

Responsibilities

• Opereren, instellen en optimaliseren van zeer geautomatiseerde digitale drukapparatuur
• Uitvoeren van eerste-lijnstoring en oplossen van mechanische- en procesissues
• Uitvoeren van preventief en proactief onderhoud om machinebeschikbaarheid te maximaliseren
• Ondersteunen bij geavanceerde storing aan de hand van leveranciersdocumentatie
• Toezien op machineprestaties en kansen voor procesoptimalisatie
• Testen van machine-verbeteringen, updates en technische modificaties
• Verifiëren van kwaliteit en veiligheid van onderhoudswerkzaamheden
• Zorgen voor gestructureerde overdrachten met documentatie
• Training en coaching van operators in bediening en troubleshooting
• Dienen als technisch kennisdrager binnen de productiecel
• Nauwe samenwerking met Productie, Onderhoud en Techniek

Using your technical expertise, you act as the first technical point of contact on the production line. In turn, you can expect a salary of up to €4,000 per month! You will follow an extensive training program, in which you will gradually develop from machine operation to advanced troubleshooting. Your responsibilities as Technical Operator Digital include:

• Operating, setting up and optimizing highly automated digital printing equipment
• Performing first line troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, process and machine related issues
• Executing preventive and proactive maintenance to maximize machine availability
• Supporting advanced troubleshooting using supplier documentation and structured diagnostic procedures
• Monitoring machine performance and identifying opportunities for process optimization
• Testing machine improvements, updates and technical modifications
• Verifying the quality and safety of maintenance activities performed on production equipment
• Providing structured technical handovers, including clear documentation of issues, root causes, actions taken and recommended follow-up
• Training and coaching operators on machine operation, adjustments and troubleshooting techniques
• Acting as the technical knowledge carrier within your production cell and supporting continuous knowledge transfer
• Collaborating closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to maximize uptime and production efficiency
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring customer delivery, product quality and operational safety remain the highest priorities

Here you will find the site's most complex printing technology. This department really requires operators who enjoy combining hands on production with technical problem solving. Any new operator will follow a training program, in which you will learn about machine operation, first line troubleshooting, technical machine knowledge, and advanced troubleshooting.
