Job summary

Linguarama, part of an international language training network, is hiring a Sales Representative in our Amsterdam office. You will meet with individuals and corporate teams to understand their language goals, design the right programmes, and build lasting relationships with clients.

You will manage quotations, negotiate contracts through to signature, and stay attuned to market trends in education and language services.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO qualification in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or Language & Communication Studies.
• 2–3 years of demonstrable sales or account management experience in a B2B services environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, a genuine commercial drive, empathy, and ownership over results.
• A team player with a strong sense of ownership over your own results.
• A competitive base salary ranging from €3300 to € 3800 per month (based on experience) plus an attractive bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Understand the need: Meet with individuals and corporate teams to identify language goals.
• Design the right solution: Recommend and assemble training programmes.
• Build the pipeline: Proactively approach new prospects and nurture relationships.
• Close the deal: Draft, send, follow up on quotations, and negotiate contracts to signature.
• Read the market: Track trends in education and language-services and feed insights back to positioning Lingua rama.
