Job summary

Isispace group in Delft is seeking a Labs and Technical Facilities Manager to support and manage their development and production laboratories and facilities. The role requires coordinating maintenance, training, and the usage of technical equipment, alongside strong collaboration with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a BEng degree, 3–5 years experience in R&D, and proficiency in English. Skills in managing cleanrooms and technical facilities are a plus, as is flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in an R&D or high-tech environment.
• Experience with hardware and measurement equipment.
• Good understanding of calibration and measurement fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate validation, maintenance of cleanrooms and test facilities.
• Manage the equipment pool and support users.
• Organise cleanroom and ESD lab training.
